Agreement
By accessing autonode.build you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Autonode Interactive LLP (Autonode), an Indian Limited Liability Partnership.
Website use
You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair service, probe systems without authorization, or upload malicious code. Content on the site (text, graphics, branding) is owned by us or our licensors and is not licensed for republication without permission.
Audit and advisory calls
The software sprawl audit and similar discovery calls are diagnostic conversations. They do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of savings, or commitment to build specific systems. Outcomes depend on your stack, team, and constraints discussed on the call.
Paid work
Implementation, pricing, delivery timelines, warranties, and service levels for paid engagements are defined only in a separate written statement of work, order form, or contract signed by both parties. Nothing on this website overrides those signed terms.
Disclaimer
The site and any materials on it are provided “as is” for general information. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Case studies and calculator outputs are illustrative; your results may differ.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autonode Interactive LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or free advisory calls. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site itself is limited to INR 10,000 unless a higher amount is required by law or agreed in a signed services contract.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our wilful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract.
Notices
Legal notices to us may be sent to our registered office (No. 27/8, Raja Street, Perambur, Perambur Purasawalkam, Chennai 600011, Tamil Nadu, India) and to samuel@autonode.build.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
